Sebastião Salgado’s spectacular SUMO-sized, leather-bound Genesis is conceived as a monumental “love letter to the planet,” celebrating the Earth in its most pristine and precious state. In characteristic monochrome, Salgado captures sublime scenes of nature, animals, and indigenous peoples that have so far escaped the imprint of the modern world.
